高温胁迫对嫁接黄瓜幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:以黄瓜自根苗为对照,探讨了高温胁迫下嫁接黄瓜幼苗生长指标的变化,阐明了嫁接对黄瓜幼苗耐热性的影响机理。结果表明,津优4号、渝杂黄四号黄瓜的自根苗在较高温胁迫下均有一定的徒长现象,而茎粗、地上部鲜干质量等均随胁迫强度、时间的延长,对其抑制作用增强。嫁接苗在40℃/25℃处理下,各项指标均达到最优值,壮苗指数最大。品种间相比,渝杂黄四号自根苗的下降幅度小于津优4号,且其嫁接苗的增强幅度小于津优4号.可见嫁接大大提高了植物的抗高温能力,且津优4号比渝杂黄四号更耐高温。

Abstract:With own-root cucumber seedling as control, the change of grafted cucumber seedlings growth index were studied. The influence mechanism of grafting on the resistance of heat was elucidated. The results showed that some expansive growth phenomena occured in two type plants with high temperature stress, while along with the increaseing of intensity and prolonging time of intimidation, the increases of stem diameter, fresh weight, dry weight of overground part are inhibited.
