摘    要:以实生苗新梢为试材,采用人工接种的方法研究了蒙古扁桃(Prunus mongolica)对发根土壤杆菌(Agrobacterium rhizogenes)的抗性.结果表明:接种后70 d,株平均瘤径范围在0~16.6 mm, 群体平均瘤径6.6 mm,蒙古扁桃对发根土壤杆菌中度感病,实生群体抗性分离宽泛,其中存在免疫、高抗、中抗、中度感病和高度感病5种类型,分别占8.60%、19.23%、14.42%、33.65%和24.04%.蒙古扁桃是发根土壤杆菌的优异抗原植物,是核果类果树抗根癌病砧木品种选育的珍贵种质资源,具有极为重要的开发价值.

Abstract:The resistance of Prunus mongolaca to crown gall was studied using new shoots and evaluated for their reaction to Agrobacteraum rhazogenes through the artificial inoculation.The results showed that Prunus mongolaca was excellent germplasm resources resist to crown gall.The range of diameter was 0-16.6 mm and mean diameter of tumor in all plants is 6.60 mm at 70 clays after inoculation.Immunity,high resistance,moderate resistance,moderate susceptibility and high susceptibility were found in Prunus mongolaca and its percentage were 8.6%,19.23%,14.42%,33.65%,24.04%,respectively.
