| 摘 要： | 普通UF树脂胶中添加甲醛捕捉剂H300或H800后,其固化时间明显延长.采用H300或H800改性的UF醛树脂胶黏剂生产胶合板,在保证胶合强度的前提下,板材的甲醛释放量达到国标E2或E1级要求.

| Abstract: | To decrease the formaldehyde emission in plywood, the authors selected two formaldehyde scavengers H300 and H800, to modify the urea-formaldehyde resin for plywood. Results showed that after modification, the curing time of the UF resin was prolonged. Under a certain (condition), the modified resin not only had the desired bond strength, but also made formaldehyde (emission) within E1 or E2 level in accordance with the Chinese National Standards GB/T 17657-1999. |
