大型泵站超驼峰运行的风险及对策

摘    要:经过对沿江大型泵站超驼峰进行的深入调研,发现超驼峰运行的泵站在充分发挥其抗灾潜能的同时,也孕育了极大的风险,通过对风险根源的深层剖析,找到了诸多防和化解的有效对策,提出了一些可行的建议,这对大型泵站超驼峰进行决策与管理有着较大的指导和借鉴作用。

Abstract:Through deeply investigating situations of super camelback operation of the large sized pumping stations on the Yangtze River banks, the results show that the pumping stations with super camelback operation can be brought into full play of their potential, meanwhile their situations are pregnant with poor risks. By means of deeply analyzing causes of risks, some effective strategies for preventing risks are found out and several feasible proposals are proposed. It will have guiding and referential significance for management and decision making of large sized pumping stations with super camelback operation.
