摘    要:以马铃薯渣为主要原料,多菌种固态发酵生产能量饲料。通过平板点种实验筛选共生菌株,实验结果表明:白地霉、啤酒酵母、黑曲霉和热带假丝酵母为固态发酵马铃薯渣生产能量饲料的共生配伍菌株。

Abstract:The energy feeds were produced using potato residues as the main raw materials by solid-state fermentation of multiple strains.Symbiotic strains were screened by dot-inoculating method.The result showed that: geotrichum candidum,candida tropicalis,aspergillus niger and saccharomyces cerevisiae had symbiosis relationships.
