丹参提取剩余物对肉仔鸡生产性能和血清抗氧化指标的影响

摘    要:试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同水平的丹参提取剩余物对肉仔鸡生产性能和血清抗氧化指标的影响。选用1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡320只,随机分成4个处理,每个处理8个重复,每个重复10只鸡。处理1为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;处理2、3、4为在基础日粮中分别添加0.3%、0.5%和1%丹参提取剩余物的试验组。试验第21、42日龄,空腹称重,统计耗料量,计算生产性能;翅静脉采血,测定血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果显示,日粮中添加0.3%、0.5%和1%丹参提取剩余物对于肉仔鸡的生产性能没有显著影响(P>0.05)。日粮中添加0.3%丹参提取剩余物对于肉仔鸡血清抗氧化指标的影响差异不显著(P>0.05);日粮中添加0.5%丹参提取剩余物对于肉仔鸡血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)影响差异不显著(P>0.05),可以提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性,但是差异不显著(P>0.05);日粮中添加1%丹参提取剩余物可以显著提高肉仔鸡血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.05),同时可以显著降低血清丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05)。由此可见,在肉仔鸡日粮中添加丹参提取剩余物可以提高肉仔鸡的抗氧化能力,其中添加比例为1%时作用效果最佳。

Abstract:The study was conducted to evaluate the effects of salvia dregs on growth performance and antioxidant ability in broilers.Three hundred and twenty AA broilers were divided into 4 groups with 8 replicates and each replicate contained 10 AA broilers.The groups were fed basal diets with 0%(control group),0.3%,0.5% and 1.0% salvia dregs for 42 d,respectively.At 21 d and 42 d,the growth performance,activities of T-AOC,GSH-Px,SOD and levels of MDA were measured.The results showed that dietary salvia dregs had no remarkable effects on growth performance(P>0.05).Dietary salvia dregs of 0.3% had no remarkable effects on antioxidant ability(P>0.05).Dietary salvia dregs of 0.5% increased the activities of GSH-Px and SOD(P>0.05).Dietary salvia dregs of 1.0% significantly increased the activities of T-AOC,GSH-Px and SOD(P<0.05),decreased the level of MDA significantly(P<0.05).The results suggested that salvia dregs increased the antioxidant ability of broilers,and the level of 1.0% salvia dregs was the most antioxidant.
