摘    要:发酵料适口性好,有酸香风味,内含丰富益生菌,营养价值高,易消化,具有抗生素替代潜力。因此,近年来发酵料在仔猪生产上的应用备受关注,且收到较好的效果。文章旨在对发酵料的营养特性、加工方式及在仔猪生产上的应用进行综述。

Abstract:Fermented feed,as a substitute of antibiotic,contains good palatability,a sweet taste of sour,a number of various kinds of probiotics,high value of nutrition and can be digested easily.Therefore,its application in piglets continues to remain a major concern in recent years,and also some good results were achieved.In this paper,its nutritional characteristics,processing way and application in piglets were summarized.
