摘    要:试验建立了饲料中硝呋烯腙的高效液相色谱测定方法。饲料中的硝呋烯腙用二甲基亚砜-乙腈溶液提取,混合型阳离子固相萃取柱净化,庚烷磺酸钠、柠檬酸缓冲液+乙腈=55+45作为流动相,C18色谱柱,检测波长382 nm。结果表明,在0.05~50μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9。该方法的定量限为0.05 mg/kg。本法操作简单,结果准确,可用于饲料中硝呋烯腙的测定。

Abstract:A method was established for determining nitrovin in feed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Nitrovin was extracted from feed by means of a solvent mixture consisting of dimethyl sulfoxide and acetonitrile solution,and purified by mixed cation SPE cartridge.It was performed using sodium heptanesulfonate and citrate buffer along with acetonitrile as mobile phase,in the proportion of 55:45.The separation was done on a C18 column and it was detected at 382 nm wavelength.The method provided good linearity from 0.05 μg/ml to 50 μg/ml(r=0.999 9),and the quantification limits was 0.05 mg/kg.It was a simple and accurate method for determination of nitrovin in feed.
