基于参数自调整模糊PID算法的饲料膨化机控制仿真分析

摘    要:为了能够提高饲料膨化的质量,利用参数自调整模糊PID控制算法对其温度进行控制。首先,分析了饲料膨化机温度控制的基本要求;其次,研究了饲料膨化机温度模糊参数自调整PID控制的基本思想;然后,讨论了饲料膨化机温度模糊参数自调整PID控制器的输入和输出;最后,进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明该方法具有较高的鲁棒性。

Abstract:In order to improve the quality of feed extruded,the parameter self adjust fuzzy PID controlling algorithm was used to control the temperature of feed extruder.Firstly,the basic requirement of temperature controlling of feed extruder was analyzed;and then the basic idea of parameter self adjust fuzzy PID controlling was studied,and then the input and output of parameter self adjust fuzzy PID controlling of feed extruder temperature were discussed,and finally the simulation was carried out,and results showed that this controlling method had better robustness.
