虎杖渣粉在山地鸡饲料上的应用研究

选择体型、体重相近的6周龄的240只山地鸡,随机分成4组,其中空白对照组饲喂基础日粮,另外3组在基础日粮的基础上分别添加3%、6%和9%的虎杖渣粉,经过3周试验,考察虎杖渣粉对山地鸡生长性能、免疫器官和血液生化指标的影响。结果表明,饲喂虎杖渣粉的山地鸡日增重出现一定程度的下降,但差异不显著。处理组中胸腺指数最高增加了17.4%,脾脏指数最高增加了28.1%,法氏囊指数最高增加了31.7%。各处理组血液生化指标的变化均不显著,表明虎杖渣粉作为饲料添加剂使用时不会对山地鸡产生不利的影响,虽然饲喂过量虎杖渣粉不会提高山地鸡的生长性能,但可以提高山地鸡的免疫力,降低发病率,因此适合山区、林地等山地鸡的养殖。

The application study of the Polygonum cuspidatum slag powder on the diet of mountain chickens

Two hundred and forty mountain chickens with 6-week age,similar in weight and somatotype,were randomly divided into four groups.GroupⅠwas control group,feeding basal diet,and Polygonum cuspidatum slag powder(PSP) was supplied at 3%,6%,9% in group Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ.The study lasted three weeks.The effects of PSP added into diets on growth performance,immune organ index and serum biochemical parameter of mountain chickens were investigated.The results were as follows: Feed intake and ADG inⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ groups were improved lower than groupⅠ,but not significant(P>0.05).The weight ratio for thymus,spleen and bursa of fabricius in the treatment group were respectively increased by 17.4%,28.1% and 31.7% at most while the blood biochemical indicators were not significant(P>0.05).The results showed that PSP did no harm to mountain chickens.Although feeding excessive PSP couldn’t improve mountain chickens’ growth performance,it could improve the immunity and reduce the morbidity.So PSP was suitable for farming chickens in the mountain and forest area.
