| 摘 要： | 在湿地松制造中密纤维板小型工艺试验的基础上，为进一步完善和考核生产工艺参数，在年产１．５万ｍ＾３中密度纤维板生产线上进行了中间试验。中试结果表明，用１０％ＵＦ旋施胶量生产的湿地松中密度纤维板，其物理力学性能达到国家标准ＧＢ１１７１８．２－８规定的８０型一级品规格的要求和美国ＭＤＦ标准规定的要求，因此，中间试验所采用的工艺参数是可行和适宜的。

| Abstract: | After completing a technology study on the manufacture of medium density fiberboard (MDF) from Slash Pine( Pinus elliottii )at the laboratory,a pilot scale trail was conducted on the production line with an annual capacity of 15 000 m 3 to improve and examine further technological parameter.The results showed that the physical and mechanical properties of Slash Pine MDF made with 10% UF resin consumption could achieve the requirement specified by Chinese National Standard GB 11718.2 89 and America National Standard for MDF.Therefore,the technological parameter used for the pilot scale trail was suitable and feasible. |
