摘    要:利用SSR标记研究了30份糯玉米(Zea mays ceratinaKulesh)自交系的遗传变异。用21对扩增带型稳定的引物,从供试材料中检测出101个等位基因变异,每对引物检测等位基因2~10个,平均4.81个,平均多态性信息量0.60。经遗传多样性和聚类分析把供试糯玉米自交系划分为6个类群。

Abstract:Simple sequence repeats(SSRs)markers were adopted in heterotic diversity of 30 elite waxy corn inbred lines.Twenty-one SSR primers giving stable amplified profiles detected 101 alleles among the lines tested.The average number of alleles per SSR locus was 4.81 with a range from 2 to 10.The value of polymorphism information content(PIC) for each SSR Locus varied from 0.43 to 0.87 with an average of 0.60.The UPGMA analysis classified 30 inbred lines into 6 clusters.
