| 摘 要： | 对损毁疑核家兔(n=13)和假损毁疑核家兔(n=6),在手术后第1d接种弗氏完全佐剂.并从损毁前当天起连续采血7d,检测外周血中T细胞百分率以及PIIA诱导的淋巴细胞转化率.结果发现,损毁疑核组家兔外周血中T细胞百分率和PIIA诱导的淋巴细胞转化率显著下降(P<0.05),而假损毁组家兔外周血中T细胞百分率和PIIA诱导的淋巴细胞转化率无明显变化(P>0.05).由此表明,疑核对弗氏完全佐剂诱导的细胞免疫具有调节作用.

| Abstract: | The ambiguous nuclei of rabbits were experimentally damaged or sham-damaged with microelectrode. All of these experimental animals were inoculated withFreund's complete adjuvant at 1st day of postoperation and their peripheral blood were successively collected fromday before operation to 6 days thereafter for evaluating the percentage of T lymphocyte and its transformation rate on exposure to PHA. The results showed that both of them in rabbits whose ambiguous nuclei had been damaged lowered significantly, while those in the sham -damaged rabbits did not. |
