| 摘 要： | 用植物凝集素、秋水仙素预处理的方法,取河南产中华大蟾蜍股骨骨髓细胞进行染色体标本制作,并对其核型进行初步研究分析。结果表明骨髓细胞分裂指数平均达到1.71%,二倍体染色体数目为2n=22=9m+2sm,含6对大染色体和5对小染色体,各对染色体之间在形态上可区分,且各具特色。与甘肃产中华大蟾蜍染色体相比,各染色体着丝点类型一致,除第4及第9染色体为亚中部着丝点染色体外,其余均为中部着丝点染色体,随体位于第6染色体末端。

| Abstract: | Analysis of chromosomal karyotype of Bufo gargarizans Cantor in Henan from marrow ceils was studied by PHA and colchieine pretreatment. The resuhs showed that the mitosis index of the marrow cell reached 1. 71% in aver age. The number of Bufo gargarizans Cantors cell chromosome was 2n= 22=9m＋2sm,including six pairs of big chromosome （No. 1 - 6） and five pairs of small chromosome. Each pair of chromosome distinguished from each oth er. Centromere site of each chromosome was consistent with its Bufo Gargarizans Cantor in Gansu,many chromosome were metacentrit chromosome except No. 4 and No. 9, which were sub- metacentrit chromosome, with a satellite in No. 6. |
