| 摘 要： | 北京市郊区目前正在大力推进村级集体经济产权制度改革.通州区宋庄镇的改制具有推进速度快、股份设置清晰明确、个人股的股权得到固化的特点,改制效果明显.其经验对北京市乡村集体经济组织产权制度改革具有重要的启示.

| Abstract: | The reform of collective economy property rights is pushing in Beijing's suburb.The reform of Songzhuang town have features as followings:the progress is fast,the stock setting is very clear,the personal stock rights is solidified,the effects are distinct.The reform of Songzhuang provided the reference for Beijing's reform of collective economy property rights. |
