水杨酸对黄瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:[目的]在生产中合理利用水杨酸。[方法]以津研7号、新夏丰2号黄瓜种子为试材,通过水杨酸浸种处理,研究了水杨酸对黄瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。[结果]较低浓度的水杨酸浸种处理可以促进黄瓜种子的萌发。黄瓜种子发芽率、发芽势、活力指数、幼苗鲜重等指标在低浓度范围内呈显著增长趋势,其中1.00 mmol/L水杨酸处理效果最显著,而高于1.00 mmol/L的水杨酸则对种子萌发起抑制作用。[结论]水杨酸可以影响与膜相关的一系列生理生化反应,缓解因逆境胁迫而造成的膜伤害。

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to rational utilize the salicylic acid in production.[Method] The cucumber seed(Jinyan 7,Xinxiafeng 2) was treated with different concentration of salicylic acid.And the germination of cucumber seed and its seedling growth were studied.[Result] Salicylic acid(SA) promoted germination and growth of cucumber seed significantly when it was lower concentration.Germination rate,germination energy,vigor index,fresh weight were increased significantly.It was the best when the concentration of SA was 1.00 mmol/L.However,when the concentration of SA went beyond 1.00 mmol/L,germination and growth of cucumber seed were decreased significantly.[Conclusion] Salicylic acid can influence the physiological and biochemical response related with plasma membrane,and alleviate the membrane damage caused by stress.
