模拟酸雨对芒果的生理伤害和生长的影响

摘    要:以4个芒果品种为试验材料,采用人工模拟酸雨的方法观测酸雨对芒果的生理伤害和生长的影响。结果表明,不同pH的酸雨对芒果新梢生长有不同程度的抑制。在试验设定的酸雨酸度变幅内,酸雨的酸度越高,对芒果新梢生长的抑制作用越强,对植株的伤害越大。酸雨引起芒果叶片的细胞质膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和过氧化物酶(POD)活性上升,而叶绿素含量下降。模拟酸雨的pH越小,这种生理反应就越明显。不同品种的芒果对酸雨的抗性有明显差异,串芒抗性最强,秋芒和桂香芒次之,红芒抗性最弱。

Abstract:The effects of simulated acid rain on growth and physiological reaction of four varieties of mango(Chuan mang,Neelum,Guixiang and Red mango)were studied.The results showed that the growth of fresh shoots of four mango varieties was inhibited under acid rain stress.The damage index increased as the pH value of acid rain decreased.The membrane permeability of cytoplasms,MDA content and POD activity in the leaves were raised under acid rain while the chlorophyll content decreased.The lower the pH value of acid rain the stronger the physiological reaction.Different reactions were observed among the four varieties under the same acid rain:Chuanmang mango displayed the strongest resistance,followed by Neelum and Guixiang,and Red mango the weakest.
