叶片衰老与细胞透性关系

摘    要:以水稻成长植株和小麦幼苗为试材,研究离体叶和不离体叶在衰老过程中细胞透性的变化。实验结果表明,不论来自水稻成长植株或小麦幼苗的离体叶细胞透性随着叶片衰老逐渐增加;不离体叶的细胞透性在衰老进程中却保持稳定状态,只是在临近死亡时才急剧增加。产生以上现象的原因可能是叶片处于不同条什下,对衰老过程中细胞膜受到的损伤修复能力不同所致。故用离体器宫为试材测得的试验结果对衰老问题进行分析时应加以注意。

Abstract:Rice plants and wheat seedlings were used as materials. This study is to understand the difference between the cell membrane permeability changes of detached and intact Ieaves in senescing process. The results showed that the cell membrane permeability of detached leaves cut from rice plants or wheat seedlings increased as the leaf senescence; the permeability of intact leaves appeared to be steady; it increased sharply only when the leaves were going to die. The cause leading to these phenom- enais probably that the capacity of repairing cell membrane injury in the course of leaf senescence varies due to detached or intact conditions. Therefore, attention should be paid to analysis of senescence problems, using the results from detached organs.
