Cu^2+和Cd^2+对条斑紫菜丝状体生长和生理的影响

摘    要:分别用不同浓度的Cu^2+和Cd^2+处理条斑紫菜丝状体,测定其叶绿素a含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性以及可溶性蛋白含量随时问变化的情况。结果表明,随着Cu^2+和Cd^2+浓度的增加,除Cu^2+0.1mg/L浓度组外,其他各浓度组对条斑紫菜丝状体叶绿素a含量、POD活性和可溶性蛋白含量的影响。基本上表现为先上升后下降的时间效应关系,且同一重金属离子浓度越大越早出现下降。

Abstract:Effects on the contents of chlorophyll a,peroxidase(POD) activity and the contents of soluble protein of conchocelis of Porphyra yezoensis exposed to copper(Cu2 ) and cadmium(Cd2 ) at different concentrations were investigated.The results showed that,with the increase of Cu2 and Cd2 concentration and the prolonging of treatment time,the content of chlorophyll a,POD activity and the content of soluble protein of the conchocelis appeared a tendency to increased first and then decreased except the groups exposed to 1mg/L Cu2 ,and the higher the concentrations of the same heavy metal,the earlier the decrease turned up.
