水稻籼粳交偏籼后代材料花药培养研究

摘    要:试验利用水稻籼粳交偏籼后代的10份材料进行了花药培养效果研究,结果如下:不同株系间培养效果存在较大差异,出愈率和绿苗分化率之间没有必然联系;N6、SK3培养基对籼粳交偏籼后代材料的培养效果明显优于通用培养基,N6又稍优于SK3培养基;花培材料在预冷处理之前不宜剪叶;从试验中筛选到了2份具有较高培养力的株系,为今后遗传育种工作和分子遗传研究提供了合适的遗传工程材料。

Abstract:The anther culture effects of 10 india japonica hybrid progenies close to indica were studied in this experiment.The results showed that:(1) large differences of anther culture effects among tested materials were observed and there was no positive connection between callus induction frequency and the green plantlet differentiation frequency.(2) N_(6) and SK_(3) culture medium were obviously superior to the TongYong culture medium,and N_(6) culture medium was slightly better than SK_(3)culture medium in the anther culture of india japonica hybrid progenies close to indica.(3) It is not suggested to remove all leaves of tested materials before the cold pretreatment.(4) Two high frequency regeneration lines were screened from 10 tested materials in this experiment,which provided ideal genetic engineering materials for the future rice breeding and molecule-based gene research.
