肾叶打碗花营养器官解剖学研究

摘    要:采用石蜡切片法对青岛海滨地区的肾叶打碗花(Calystegia soldanella)营养器官解剖学特征进行了观察研究,结果显示: 肾叶打碗花为典型的泌盐植物;叶片上下表皮分布有由多细胞组成的盐腺;叶表皮细胞排列紧密,表皮外被有角质层;上下表皮都有气孔,气孔与表皮细胞基本齐平;为异面叶,有发达的栅栏组织.茎表皮上分布有气孔,与表皮细胞齐平;表皮与皮层之间有数层体积较小的厚壁细胞;薄壁细胞内有分泌腔分布;根表皮细胞向外突出形成大量根毛等.研究结果表明,肾叶打碗花的解剖结构表现出与其生境相适应的特征.

Abstract:The anatomical structure of nutritive organs of Calystegia soldanella growing in the seacoast area of Qingdao city was studied by using paraffin section method.The observed results are as follows: it belongs to typical salt-secreting plant;there are lots of salt glands that consist of multi-cells and distribute in upper and lower epidermis of leaves;the epidermal cells of leaf arrange compactly and cuticle covers the epidermis;there are stomata in upper and lower epidermis and the stomata are as the same le...
