| 摘 要： | 采用旋光法测定了硫酸新霉素含量.结果表明,在1 500～15 000 单位/mL的浓度范围内,旋光度与硫酸新霉素浓度呈良好线性关系,相关系数r＝0.999 8（n=6）.与微生物法相比,该方法具有简便、快速、易操作等优点.

| Abstract: | The method of determining neomycin sulfate by polarimetry was described.The results showed that the optical activity of neomycin sulfate was in good linear correlation with concentration(r=0.999 8,n=6).Comparing with the method of the biological assay of antibiotics,polarimetry was simple, quickly and easy to operation. |
