摘    要: 选用3份水稻多胚材料(PM13,PJ-1和PM14)进行2,4-D,6-BA浸种和喷穗试验.结果表明,用这两种植物佳长调节物质浸种和喷穗对水稻多胚苗频率有不同程度的影响:a.以5ppm2,4-D和10ppm,20ppm6-BA浸种的提高了多胚苗频率,但对不同材料(基因型)的影响程度有差异;b.用5ppm6-BA和5ppm2,4-D+20ppm6-BA,20ppm2,4-D+20ppm6-BA,10ppm2,4-D+20ppm6-BA喷穗效果好,提高程度均达到极显着水准,此外,5ppm-BA和5ppm2,4-D+20ppm6-BA处理的不定胚频率提高也达极显着水准.植物生长调节物质喷穗还诱导出孤雌生殖,证实了多胚现象与无融合生殖之间有显着的相关.

The Effect of Two Kinds of Growth Regulator on the Frquency of Polyembryonic Rice Seedlings

Abstract:Seed-soaking and spike-spraying with growth regulator (2,4-D and 6-BA) were made in three lines of polyembryonic rice (PM13, PJ5-1 and PM14) . The results showed that the growth regulator had effect of different extent on the frequency of polyembryonic seedlings in the lines: a. seed-soaking with 5 ppm 2, 4-D, 10 ppm 6-BA and 20 ppm 6-BA increased the frequency respectively, of which the extent was different among the lines. PJ5-1 reached significant level, and PM14 did not. The treatment by 20 ppm 2, 4-D decreased the frequency of all lines to significant level; b. 5 ppm 6-BA, 20 ppm 6-BA, 5 ppm 2,4-D+20 ppm 6-BA, 20ppm2,4-D +20 ppm 6-BA, 10 ppm 2,4-D+20 ppm 6-BA all could lead to the frequency rising and reaching very significant level by spike-spraying. The frequency of adventitious embryos obviously increased to the level of signifcance also by spraying with 5 ppm 6-BA and 5 ppm 2, 4-D+20 ppm 6-BA respectively, which indicated that there were close interrelation between the development of adventitious embryo and the level of growth regulator. Moreover, growth regulator spraying could induce parthenocarpy, of which the frequency reached 11% , that confirmed polyembryony was closely related to apomixis.
