液态地膜拉伸强度和透湿性的试验研究

摘    要:以可再生资源木质素磺酸钙(木钙)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、硅溶胶为基料,采用311A最优设计,合成不同基料比例的PVA-木钙-硅溶胶复合型液态地膜原液。利用延流成膜法,将原液制备成风干片状膜,测试和分析不同基料膜的拉伸强度和透湿性。结果表明:1)聚乙烯醇对增强液态地膜拉伸强度起主要作用,聚乙烯醇与木钙、木钙与硅溶胶的交互作用对增强拉伸强度具有正向相互促进作用。基料添加量为:聚乙烯醇54.28~70.36g、硅溶胶6.67~12.83g、木钙11.90~41.63g时液态地膜力学性能较好。2)硅溶胶对降低液态地膜透湿性起主要作用,木钙和硅溶胶对降低液态地膜透湿性具有正向相互促进作用。基料添加量为:聚乙烯醇44.55~55.45g、硅溶胶10.91~19.09g、木钙43.78~50.62g时液态地膜透湿性较小。不同性能优化值范围不同,在实际应用中可根据对不同性能的要求选择基料配方。

Abstract:This study selected the renewable resources of lignin, poly vinyl alcohol and silica sol as the basic material, with 311 A optimal design, made different base material proportion of PVA-wooden calcium-silica composite for liquid hydromulching.The liquid hydromulching was dried into film using flow extending film forming method.The tensile strength and water vapor permeability of the different base material film were analyzed.Results showed that 1) Polyvinyl alcohol in enhanced the tensile strength of liquid film played a major role.The interaction of polyvinyl alcohol and wooden calcium as well as wooden calcium and silica sol could increase tensile strength, which had a positive role in promoting mutual.Liquid film mechanical property would be best when the formula was 54.28-70.36 g of polyvinyl, 6.67-12.83 g of silicon sol and 11.90-41.63 of wood calcium g.2) Silica sol played a major role in decreasing liquid membrane permeability .Wood calcium and silicon sol had positive effect on lowering liquid membrane permeability.Liquid membrane permeability would be lowest when Polyvinyl was 44.55-55.45 g, silicon sol was 10.91-19.09 g, and wood calcium was 43.78-50.62 g .Due to the optimization value was in a range, in practice the ingredient should be determined according to the field requirements.
