摘    要:针对马铃薯与收获机摆动分离工作部件间的碰撞模型参数缺失问题,选择"费乌瑞它"、"克新1号"、"大西洋"和"甘农薯5号"作为试验对象,研究下落高度、碰撞材料、碰撞材料厚度和马铃薯硬度等相关因素对马铃薯恢复系数的影响。结果表明影响马铃薯恢复系数程度的主次顺序为马铃薯硬度、碰撞材料、下落高度和碰撞材料厚度。马铃薯恢复系数随下落高度、碰撞材料厚度和硬度的回归方程研究结果表明恢复系数随65Mn钢、铝合金、木板和橡胶等材料依次减小,随马铃薯下落高度的增加递减,并随着硬度和碰撞材料厚度的增加而增加。本研究可为马铃薯挖掘机摆动分离筛等工作部件的设计和优化提供参考。

Abstract:To solve the problem of parameter missing for collision model between potato and swing separation screen of potato harvester,four potato varieties,Feiwuruita,Kexinyihao,Daxiyang and and Gannongshuwuhao,are chosen as test object to study restitution coefficient influenced by falling height,collision materials,collision material thickness and potato hardness.The results show that the primary and secondary sequence of influencing potato restitution coefficient is potato hardness,collision materials,falling height and collision material thickness.Regression equation of potato restitution coefficient and falling height,collision materials and potato hardness is obtained.The results show that:the restitution coefficient decreases with the material used in order of 65 Mn steel,aluminium alloy,plank and rubber;It decreases with the increase of falling height and increases with the increase of collision material thickness.The results will provide references for design and optimization of the swing separation screen of potato harvester.
