追施钾肥对洋葱生长及营养品质的影响

摘    要:通过小区对比试验研究了追钾肥对洋葱生长及品质的影响。试验结果表明,追施钾肥可促进洋葱的生长,增加洋葱的株高和假茎粗及叶、根、假茎和鳞茎的鲜重,促进洋葱鳞茎的生长,提高了产量;提高了可溶性固溶物、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和维生素C的含量,改善了洋葱的品质。方差分析结果表明,钾肥施入量为350kg/hm2和400kg/hm2在提高洋葱产量、改善品质方面均无差异。因此,350kg/hm2是追施钾肥最佳施入量。

Abstract:Abstract: This article studied the effects of topdress of potash fertilizer on growth and nutritious quality of onion by the small area comparison test. The results indicated that topdress of potash fertilizer could promote the growth, increase stem diameter, plant height and fresh weight of leaves, roots, stems and bulbs of onion. At the same times, topdress of potash fertilizer could improve the contents of soluble solid, sugar, protein and vitamin C, improve the nutrient quality of onion. The results of analysis of variance show that the amount of topdress of potash fertilizer 350 and 400 kg/hm2 in raising the onion yield and improving nutritious quality has had no differences. Therefore, the amount of 350 kg/hm2 is the best use of topdress potash fertilizer.
