| 摘 要： | 农业废弃物污染是造成农业立体污染的主要污染源,而农业废弃物主要包括农作物秸秆和禽畜粪便,这些都是草腐菌生产的主要原料,通过草腐菌生产能将农业废弃物转化为人们食用的菇体蛋白、脂肪和碳水化合物等营养成分,从根本上解决农业废弃物的污染问题.

| Abstract: | agricultural waste is the main pollution sources causing agricultural tri-dimension pollution,but these crop straws and livestock waste are good resources for cultivating straw-decay mushroom,straw-decay mushroom can make agricultural waste translate into mushroom protein,fat and carbohydrate etc,which can resolve pollution problems of agricultural waste. |
