木麻黄抗逆无性系苗期生长比较试验

摘    要:采用通过筛选的2个木麻黄抗逆无性系与当地生长较好的惠2无性系进行水培育苗试验,结果表明:(1)不同无性系间苗高和地径差异不大,方差分析均未达显著水平。从遗传参数来看,3个无性系间苗高和地径的遗传力均为中等,分别为0.486和0.557,方差分量也不大,分别为66.06%、69.27%,苗高的遗传变异系数较小,其值为14.23%,而地径的遗传变异系数较大,其值为18.22%,利用苗高和地径指标对木麻黄抗逆品系和对照进行比较,不能取得较理想的结果;(2)不同无性系在侧根数、主根长、总干质量/总鲜质量等指标上均未达显著水平,且变异系数不大,仅为25.26%、13.70%、9.28%;但在地下部分干质量/地上部分干质量指标上达极显著水平,且变异系数较大,达46.42%。从苗木根系性状和生物量的遗传变异分析,木麻黄抗逆品系和对照没有什么差异。

Abstract:Hydroponic seedling-raising experiments of 2 Casuarina equisetifolia clones that had been screened out and Hui 2 clone that grows better in local were conducted.The results show that:(1) different clones have little significant differences in height and ground diameter of seedlings.The variance analysis was both not reach significant level.As seen by genetic parameters,heritability in height and ground diameter of seedlings of 3 clones is 0.486 and 0.557 respectively.Ponderance of variance is 66.06% and 69.27% respectively.Genetic variation coefficient in height of seedlings is 14.23%.Genetic variation coefficient in ground diameter of seedlings is 18.22%.Using height and diameter of seedlings indexes to compare with resistance varieties of Casuarina equisetifolia and CK can't reach optimal result.(2) Different clones have not reach significant level in lateral root number,axial root length,total dry mass/ total fresh mass.Variation parameter is 25.26%,13.70%,9.28% respectively.Different clones have significant level in dry mass of underground part/dry mass of upper part.Variation parameter reaches 46.42%.Resistance varieties of Casuarina equisetifolia and CK have no difference by seedling root characteristics and genetic variation analysis of biomass.
