| 摘 要： | 对高粱中单宁含量的几种测定方法进行回收率试验结果表明,国家标准法快速简便,回收率达105.07%,适合大批量样品分析,且精密度满足分析要求。

| Abstract: | The results from measuring the tannin content in sorghum by using different measuring methods showed that the national standard method had the advantage of quick,easy and higher recovery rate(105.07%),which indicates the measuring method can meet the analysis need of precision and a great quantity of samples. |
