| 摘 要： | 采用CTAB法提取苦瓜叶片总DNA,经PCR扩增、产物克隆及序列测定,获得序列正确的MAP30基因。构建植物表达载体,转化农杆菌,农杆菌工程菌株侵染番茄子叶,诱导出愈伤组织,并分化出芽和根,抗性植株经分子检测,得到在转录水平上表达MAP30基因的转基因番茄植株。
