青海省农村能源及其可再生能源开发利用

本文着重介绍了地处青藏高原的青海省农村的缺能状况,以及因缺能而造成的自然植被破坏、水土流失加剧、沙漠化发展等一系列生态问题,并论述青海具有土地、气候、水能、生物能等方面的资源优势,又有青海省化隆县进行农村能源建设的成熟经验,用可再生能源资源解决青海省的农村能源问题是可行的。

EXPLOITATION AND UTILIZATION OF RURAL ENERGY AND RENEWABLE ENERGY IN QINHAI PROVINCE

The paper emphatically introduces the shortage of energy in rural areaof Qinhai Province,as well as a series of ecological problems caused by theshortage of energy, such as degradation of natural vegetation, water andsoil loss and desertification. The paper also shows that the province notonly has resource advantages in land, climate,water energy,bioenergy ect.,but also has the successful experience of constructing rural energy in HualongCounty. It is feasible to construct the rural energy in Qinhai pvovince byusing renewable energy resources.
