摘    要:以中棉所42为实验材料,用50%甲醇人工老化处理棉花种子0(ck),30,60 min和90 min,测定其发芽指标(发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数)和生长指标(主根长度和幼苗鲜重)以及相对电导率.结果表明:随着老化程度的加深,发芽指标均呈现下降趋势,各指标在老化处理后与对照相比分别降低6.00%~19.34%、4.00%~24.66%、0.36%~4.49%和5.04%~14.06%.老化过程中,幼苗主根长度和鲜重随着老化时间的延长总体均降低,而相对电导率随老化时间的延长总体逐渐升高.

Abstract:Cotton seed,Zhongmian 42 were treated with 50 % methanol of different time 0 (ck)、30、60 and 90 min.The germination parameters (germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index),physical and chemical parameters were measured.The result showed that the germination parameters were reduced in aged seeds.The above four germination parameters of Zhongmian 42 decreased by 6.00%-19.34%、4.00%-24.66%、0.36-4.49% and 5.04%-14.06%,respectively;The activity of seedling growth including root length and shoot height in aged seeds also significantly decreased,while the relative conductivity increased markedly.
