摘    要:在25℃的恒温培养箱中无光照条件下培养叶底珠种子,测定叶底珠种子萌发过程中贮藏物质的变化.结果表明:叶底珠种子的发芽率为99%,随着叶底珠种子的萌发,含水量迅速增加,淀粉含量降低,培养第4天时降至最低值,后有所升高;淀粉酶活性至第6天增至最高,6d以后呈下降趋势;可溶性糖含量逐渐增加;粗脂肪含量在培养的0~6 d变化不大,6d以后迅速下降;蛋白质含量先降低后升高,但总体变化不大;游离氨基酸含量逐渐增加.

Abstract:Changes in some store substances in seeds of Securinega Suffruticosa were studied when the seeds were cultivated darkly at 25 ℃.The result showed that the seed germination rate was 99 %.The water content of seeds increased quickly with the seeds germinating,while the starch content decreased gradually and reached the lowest on the forth day,and then increased.The activity of amylase increased the most until the sixth day,and decreased after 6 day.The content of soluble sugar increased,the content of crude fat had a little change within six days,but decreased subsequently.The content of protein decreased first and then increased,but changed little during germination.The content of amino acid increased.
