摘    要:以红花大金元种子为试验材料,研究不同温度下引发的种子在不同萌发温度下的发芽情况,为优化烟草种子引发工艺提供技术支持.结果表明,引发处理可以促进烟草种子发芽:发芽温度为25℃时,15℃下引发的所有处理平均发芽时间最短、平均发芽指数最大,处理间离散度最小,种子发芽最集中,该引发温度下最佳引发组合为水引发24 h;发芽温度为20℃时,5℃下引发的所有处理平均发芽时间较短、平均发芽指数最大,处理间离散度较小,种子发芽较集中,该引发温度下最佳引发组合为25 mg/L GA3溶液引发20 h;发芽温度为15℃时,10℃下引发的大部分处理平均发芽时间最短、平均发芽指数最大,处理间离散度较小,种子发芽较集中,该引发温度下最佳引发组合为100 mg/L GA3溶液引发16h.

Abstract:The germination condition of Honghuadajinyuan tobacco seed was tested to look suitable priming temperature with different germination temperature,which would support the optimization of tobacco seed priming technology.Results showed that priming promoted seed germination.All effect of 15 ℃-priming was most impressive in 25 ℃-germination with shortest seed mean germination time,increased seed mean germination index,and lowest dispersion.The most suitable priming condition was water-priming with 24 h.The 5 ℃-priming shortened the mean germination time and increased the mean germination index of all seed under 20 ℃-germination with lower dispersion.Priming with 5 ℃,25 mg/L GA3,and 20 h was most effective.The 10 ℃-priming temperature was most suitable for 15 ℃-seed germination,which reduced the mean germination time and increased the mean germination index of most treatment,with lower dispersion.The most optimum treatment was 10 ℃,100 mg/L GA3 with 16 h.
