摘    要:为了研究烤烟新品种豫烟1 3号的抗旱性,以主栽品种中烟100为对照品种,采用盆栽试验研究了干旱胁迫对农艺性状、地上部鲜重、干重、根系指标、酶活性和产量的影响.结果表明,干旱条件下,中烟100和豫烟13号株高和茎围明显降低;干旱对根、茎、叶干重影响较大,直接影响单株产量,干旱条件下2个品种产量显著低于正常供水处理,与中烟100相比,豫烟13号产量受干旱影响程度较小;与中烟100相比较,干旱务件下豫烟13号酶活性增加幅度大.综合各指标来看,豫烟13号抗旱能力优于中烟100.

Abstract:In order to study the performance of flue-cured tobacco variety Yuyan 13 under drought-resistant,pot drought stress experiment was arranged compared with Zhongyan 100.The effects of drought stress on agronomic traits,shoot fresh weight,dry weight and root system were studied.The results showed that:after drought stress,the height and stem circumference of Zhongyan 100 and Yuyan 13 were significantly decreased.The dry weight of root,stem and leaf were greatly affected by drought-resistant and it directly affected the yield of per plant.Under drought conditions,the yield of the two cultivars was significantly lower than that of the normal water supply.Compared with the Zhongyan 100,the yield of Yuyan 13 was less affected by the drought.Compared with the Zhongyan 100,the activities of protective enzyme of Yuyan 13 increased significantly under drought resistant.In general,the drought resistant ability of Yuyan 13 is better than Zhongyan 100.
