摘    要:为了研究多花黄精花部特征、开花习性、柱头可授性与传粉方式,在多花黄精花期定株定点记录观察开花习性、观察传粉昆虫;测量花部特征、测定柱头可授性.结果表明,多花黄精4月16日现蕾,4月29日开花,5月4日花朵凋谢.传粉昆虫为马蜂、蜜蜂和蚂蚁等.多花黄精的花冠直径为6.43 mm,花冠营长度约为1.43 mm,花丝长度约为1.00mm,花柱长度约为0.97 mm.开花第1天,柱头即有可授性;花开后第2天柱头可授性较强;花后第3天、第4天柱头可授性逐渐降低,第5天不具有可授性.该试验结果为黄精规范化栽培及良种繁育提供了理论依据.

Abstract:In order to research the Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua floral syndrome,flowering habit,stigma receptivity and pollination.In Polygonatum cyrtonema flowering plant fixed-point observe flowering habit,observe pollination insects,measure the flowering characteristics and determination of the stigma receptivity.The results showed that Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua of budding,on April 16 th,flowering on April 29 th,flowers have withered away on May 4 th.Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua pollinators have wasps,bees and ants.Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua corolla diameter is 0.64 cm,corolla tube length is about 1.43 cm,the length of the filaments is 1.00 cm,stylar length of is 0.97 cm.The first day of flower stigma that is to be granted,flowers on the second day after the stigma receptivity is stronger,the third day after flowering,the fourth day stigma grant can be gradually reduced,the fifth day don't have stigma receptivity.The results provides the theoretical basis for the standardize cultivation and seed breeding.
