| 摘 要： | 用昆虫保幼激素(JH),蜕皮激素(MH)和抗保幼激素(AJH)给家蚕添食、体涂或注射,进行调控其生长发育的试验。结果表明:(1)2龄、3龄和4龄蚕应用外源激素处理,AJH与MH之间存在明显的拮抗关系;而AJH与JH间未表现出拮抗关系。(2)第5龄蚕应用外源激素处理,JH与MH间的拮抗关系明显。(3)AJH(YA_(20))对家蚕生长发育的影响,主要表现为抗蜕皮激素和类似保幼激素的生理效应。在第4龄添食AJH诱导3眠蚕的情况下,利用JH延长3眠蚕的龄期经过,是提高3眠蚕茧丝产量的技术途径之一。

| Abstract: | The experiments in controlling the growth and development of silkworm by feeding, body smearing or injection using Juvenile Hormone (JH) ,Mouting Hormone(MH), and Anti-juvenile Hormone (AJH) had been carried out. The results showed that; (1)MH comes into antagonism with AJH, but JH doesn't antagonize AJH in the 2nd , 3rd and 4th instar larvae treated by the hormones. (2)JH has obvious antagonism to MH in the 5th instar. (3)The major influence of AJH on the growth and development of silkworm is the physiological effects of anti-ecdysone and juvenile hormone analogues. (4)Juvenile hormone can delay the instar duration of trimoulter which has been induced by feeding AJH at the 4th instar. This is one of the techniques to improve the production of trimoulter's cocoon and silk. |
