牧草压捆机设计理论探索和Pro/Engineer仿真

摘    要:根据自行设计的牧草压捆机样机现场试验,对牧草在压缩过程中的变化规律,以及压缩过程对压捆机设计的主要技术指标的影响进行了定性分析。为检查本机的关键装置—牧草喂入机构和压缩机构的运动是否发生干涉,采用了先进的工业设计软件Pro/Engineer对压捆机的设计进行了动态仿真,提高了设计的成功率,增加了农机设计的科技含量。

Abstract:Pasture variety regularity is analyzed qualitatively and it influences on leading technology target of pressbaler design by means of experiment on pasture pressbaler sample designed by oneself on the spot. In order to check one of its key installations-whether pasture intake mechanism, and compression mechanism happens to intervene or not. This paper imitates press baler design dynamically by adopting advanced Industry design software Pro/Engineer. It improves design success rate and increases scientific content on agriculture-machinery design.
