| 摘 要： | 从２５个随机引物中筛选出５个具有较高多态性的引物，分别对５个群体的８０只家兔基因组ＤＮＡ进行了ＲＡＰＤ－ＰＣＲ扩增。经统计分析得到了５个家兔群体之间的远近不同的进化亲缘关系，聚类结果与预期目标一致。

| Abstract: | A total of 25 randomprimers were used in the t es t and 5 of 25 primers amplified polymorphic fragments in 80domestic rabbits fro m five populations. By statistical analysis, the dendogram fromgenetic distance by UPGMA indicated there were different evolution relationships amongfive popu lations and the relationships were consistent with expected result. |
