超声-微波协同萃取野菊花的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的]优选野菊花的提取工艺条件。方法]采用正交试验设计优化超声-微波协同萃取野菊花的提取工艺,高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸含量,分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。结果]野菊花最佳提取工艺条件为:在超声波工作状态下,用生药材15倍量的浓度75%乙醇,在微波功率为40W下萃取2次,每次20min。结论]超声-微波协同萃取法具有节省时间、节约能量、提取效率高等优点,工艺条件可行。
