| 摘 要： | 通过肥料配比试验,研究了氮、磷对优质强筋小麦产量及品质的影响。结果表明,氮、磷肥配施使优质强筋小麦增产幅度为21.3%～37.9%,籽粒蛋白质及湿面筋含量分别提高0.8%～5.3%和2.8%～16.7%,对沉降值影响较小。

Effect of N and P fertilizer on the product and quality of high quality and gluten wheat |

| Abstract: | Through field experiment, the effect of N and P fertilizer on the productivity and quality of high quality and gluten wheat has been studied. The results showed that the combination of N and P fertilizer improved the product of wheat by 21.3%~37.9%, and improved the content of protein and wet gluten by 1.2%~5.5% and 2.8%~5.7% respectively, but its effect of sedimentation value was little. |
