| 摘 要： | 研究不同浓度(0.3、0.7、1.5、2.0、2.5 mg/L)的甲苯对云南黄馨生长的影响,结果表明:甲苯处理后,云南黄馨叶片叶绿素含量呈先下降后上升趋势、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性先升高后降低、丙二醛(MDA)含量先下降后上升,叶片从先端开始出现坏死斑、坏死部分与存活部分界线明显,表明云南黄馨对甲苯有灵敏的生理代谢...

| Abstract: | In the paper,effect of different concentrations(0.3,0.7,1.5,2.0,2.5 mg/L)of Toluene on physiological characteristics of leaves of Jasminum mesnyi Hance was studied.The results showed that: After Jasminum mesnyi Hance were treated,the chlorophyll content of leaves was first decreased and then increased,SOD activity was first increased and then decreased,MDA concent was first decreased and then increased,the tip of leaves began to emerge necrotic spots,the boundaries between necrotic parts and the survival pa... |
