| 摘 要： | 目的]为更好地利用高山红景天提供科学依据。方法]测定了高山红景天不同器官的氨基酸含量。结果]高山红景天地上部分和地下部分的氨基酸含量和组成不同,地上部分的氨基酸含量高于地下部分,人体必需氨基酸的含量以叶片中最多,为55.75～87.21mg/g;其次是茎,为36.13～37.39mg/g;根中最少,仅13.17～14.30mg/g。半必需氨基酸以根中最多,叶次之,茎中最少。不同器官的氨基酸含量因发育时期而变化,茎、叶中的氨基酸含量从营养生长期到果熟期呈由高变低的趋势,根中的氨基酸含量变化不大。结论]高山红景天不同器官中的氨基酸含量与组成不同。
