省级农科院加强科技服务乡村振兴工作的思考——以江西省农业科学院为例

面对江西省农业进位赶超及乡村振兴战略实施的新形势,加强农业科技服务尤为迫切。文章以江西省农业科学院为例,分析了省级农科院在农业科技服务中的优势与制约因素,指出要创新省级农科院农业科技服务工作体制机制,并针对农业科技服务中存在的制约因素,提出了明确农业科研单位在农业技术推广体系中的地位、创建农技推广联盟、加大对科研单位参加成果转化的专项投入力度等加强省级农科院科技服务乡村振兴工作的宏观政策建议。

Thoughts on Strengthening Science and Technology Service Rural Revitalization by Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Taking Jiangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

Facing the new situation of Jiangxi agriculture needs to catch up with and overtake and implement the strategy of rural revitalization,it is urgent for strengthening the agricultural science and technology service.Taking Jiangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,advantages and limiting factors of agricultural science and technology service by provincial academy of agricultural sciences were analyzed in the paper.It was suggested that the working mechanism of agricultural science and technology service by provincial academy of agricultural sciences should be innovated.According to the limiting factors,strategic suggestions for strengthening science and technology service rural revitalization by provincial academy of agricultural sciences were put forward,that is,position of agricultural research institute in agricultural technical extension system being made clear,setting agricultural technical extension union,and increasing input of special achievements transformation programs of agricultural research institute.
