| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了科技创新团队的基本概念和主要类型,认为组建科技创新团队对于适应科技发展新形势、推进学科持续发展、加强人才队伍建设、提高科技创新效率具有重要意义,并从团队自身能力提升的角度,分析了科技创新团队建设的要素和路径,以期为科研单位加快优秀科技创新团队建设提供参考.

| Abstract: | The basic concepts and main types of scientific and technological innovation teams were introduced in the paper.It was considered that the establishment of scientific and technological innovation team was of great significance to meet the new situation of scientific and technological development,promote the sustainable development of disciplines,strengthen the construction of talent team,and improve the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation.The elements and paths of scientific and technological innovation team construction were mainly analyzed from the perspective of improving the team′s own ability.This will provide reference for accelerating the construction of excellent scientific and technological innovation team. |
