水稻生育期对立枯丝核菌的反应研究

摘    要:在自然条件下分期播种,同时接种和在温室温湿度基本一致的条件下,对六个水稻品种的分蘖、拔节和抽穗三个生育期人工接种测定水稻的不同生育期对立枯丝核菌的反应.结果表明:供试品种中无免疫和高抗的,但对丝核菌不同融合群反应不同,对AG—4的反应差异不显著,对AG—1IA植株发病程度有一些差异;其中三个发病较轻的品种各生育期对病菌的反应无明显差异,另三个发病较重的品种在分蘖期、拔节期比抽穗期发病稍轻。因此认为水稻不同的品种在不同生育期对立枯丝核菌的反应有一些差异,—般而言,生育前期比生育后期较抗病。

Abstract:The reaction of the different growth stages of six rice cultivars to R. solani were tested. The results indicated that none of these cultivars were immune and resistant highly. But their susceptibility was different. The three cultivars were more susceptible at the heading stage than at the tillering and the jointing stages. The other three cultivars had no significant difference among the three growth stages. None of the cultivars were more susceptible at the early stage than at the heading stage. These results suggested that there were different reactions among the different rice cultivars and at the different growth stages.
