| 摘 要： | 目的]对一种三氮唑类杀菌剂中的杂质进行分离及结构鉴定。方法]采用RP-HPLC法对该三氮唑类杀菌剂进行成分分析并用硅胶柱色谱法对主要杂质进行分离,根据质谱、核磁共振和红外谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果和结论]该三氮唑杀菌剂中含有2-(2,4-二氟苯基)-1-(1H-1,2,4-三氮唑-1-基)-2-丙醇,1-2-(2,4-二氟苯基)烯丙基]-1H-1,2,4-三氮唑,2-(2,4-二氟苯基)-1-(4H-1,2,4-三氮唑-4-基)-3-三甲基硅烷基-2-丙醇,2-(2,4-二氟苯基)-1-氯-2-丙醇。

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim of this paper was to isolate and identify the impurities in the fungicide-triazole derivative.Method]s The components were analyzed by using RP-HPLC.The main impurities were separated by silica gel column chromatography,and identified by MS,NMR an d IR.Result]s and Conclusion] The fungicide-triazole derivative contained 2-(2,4-diflourophenyl)-1-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)propan-2-ol,1-2-(2,4-diflourophenyl)allyl -1H-1,2,4-triazol,2-(2,4-diflourophenyl)-1-(4H-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)-3-trimethylsilylpropan-2-ol and 2-(2,4-diflourophenyl)-1-chlorpropan-2-ol. |
