美洲斑潜蝇实验种群的密度效应

摘    要:美洲斑潜蝇实验种群密度效应研究结果表明:(1)卵期不存在密度效应,卵密度对卵至1龄幼虫的发育速率也不存在密度效应;(2)幼虫期存在明显的密度效应.1龄幼虫密度对预蛹重、幼虫存活率、成虫寿命及繁殖力均有影响.当每叶(豇豆真叶,平均约9cm2)1龄幼虫数超过7头时,死亡率上升,预蛹重减少,成虫寿命缩短且繁殖力下降.因此,在实验种群饲养过程中,最适密度约0.8头cm-2.

Abstract:The effects of different density of vegetable leafminer Liriomyza sativae Blanchard population on the death rate, the developmental rate, the weight of emergence larva, the fecundity and longevity of adults were studied. The results indicated that: (1) There was no density dependent effect in the egg period, and the egg density was also no density effect on the developmental rate of egg larval period; (2) There was density dependent effect in the larval period. The first instar larval density has significant effect on the weight of emergence larva, the survival rate of population and the fecundity of adults. When the first instar larval density exceeded 7 individuals per leaf, the mortality of larva raised, weight of emergence larva became lighter, and fecundity of adults declined significantly with rising of larval density. So, the optimum density was 7 individuals per leaf (almost 0.[KG-4]8 individuals per cm 2) in rearing of the experimental population.
