摘    要:就甘蔗宿根矮化病DB-EIA检测技术、检测灵敏度、样品蔗汁保存方式及保存时间进行研究。结果表明DB-EIA检测甘蔗宿根矮化病具有操作简单、高效、重复性好、灵敏度高、对蔗汁新鲜度要求不高等优点。该方法检测灵敏度为1~1/10(稀释倍数);蔗汁保存于4℃或-20℃条件下3d,对检测结果无显著影响,-20℃条件下保存45d,大部分样品检测结果不受影响,少部分样品出现假阴性。

Abstract:The dot blot enzyme immunoassays (DB-EIA) technique for detection of the pathogen causing sugarcane ratoon stunting disease was established. It was confirmed that this technique is suitable for sugarcane planting and research in China, with the advantages of convenience, efficiency, stability, sensitivity and no requirements for fresh cane juices. The sensitivity was 1~0.1 dilution times. The sampled cane juice could be stored for three days at 4 ℃ or longer at -20 ℃. However, false negative results might be found after storage for 45 days even at -20 ℃.
