番茄钾高效鉴定指标的研究

试验选用7份番茄材料用于钾高效鉴定指标的研究,利用与钾效率关系较为密切的18个指标与钾效率进行相关分析,发现钾效率分别与蔗糖、水势、叶绿素呈显著正相关;与根活呈极显著正相关;与淀粉、可溶性固形物、硝酸还原酶、蛋白质、根鲜重、茎粗呈正相关关系、但相关不显著;与其余指标呈负相关关系,但相关不显著。为了进一步研究各种指标对钾效率的影响大小,对相关系数达到显著水平的性状进行通径分析。各指标对钾效率直接贡献的大小为根活>水势>蔗糖>叶绿素。综合考虑指标与钾效率的相关程度和对钾效率贡献的大小,确定选用根系活力作为钾效率的筛选指标。
